| GIVING BACK
We feel so much gratitude for this community that we’re a part of and constantly inspired by. For that reason, we want to give back 5% of our profits to a family or cause that might need a little extra love.
Our first donation will be at the beginning of our Summer quarter, when we’ve had time to calculate our profits.
We’re still searching for a special family or cause to support, so if you have someone or something in mind, we’d love to hear about it!

This four-class series explores the technology of yoga as a path toward meditation and self-realization. Rooted in the classical teachings of yoga and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, we will learn practical tools that prepare the body, breath, and mind for an grounded, open state of awareness.
Each class will include chanting, movement, breath practices, concentration techniques, and guided meditation. We will build progressively, weaving together philosophy and embodied experience.
