Wednesdays 3-4PM | Feb. 11th, 18th, 25th
Come recharge in this 3-class restorative series, where we support the nervous system through the deep, slow medicine of Qi Gong and Yin Yoga.
Each class weaves breath, gentle movement, and stillness to calm the mind, nourish the nervous system and lungs, and open the heart from the inside out.

This four-class yoga series dives deep into practices for longevity in winter. We’ll work with breath, movement, and stillness to balance the organs and elements. These practices will support nervous system regulation. mobility and focus.
Sunday, Feb. 1st 10am-12pm
You are warmly invited to an in-person Imbolc gathering to mark the quiet return of the light and the first stirrings of the Earth. We will settle into the body and belly, anchoring deeply into the Earth and the fertile darkness where new life begins.
Through embodiment, ritual and the sharing of an old folktale, we will listen for what is quickening within us and gather our creative potential for the next cycle of the sun.
Together we will also learn to weave Brigid’s Cross from wheat grown on our land this past summer—an ancient symbol of the hearth and the blessings from the soil.
