Autumn is the season for nourishing and letting go. This 5 class series focuses on wellness of our mind, body and spirit. Using an ayurvedic approach to yoga, we will utilize asana, elements, organs, senses, emotions and herbs to harmonize with the season. You will gain an understanding of how to tailor your own yoga practice and daily life to this season leaving you feeling grounded and grateful.
