    Structural

    Structural sessions improve alignment, posture and functional movement by releasing patterns of tension in the fascia and thereby structurally integrating all systems of the body including the nerves, viscera, bones, joints and muscles.

    Therapeutic

    This massage is a deep dive into relaxation and restoration. The focus is primarily on down regulating the nervous system while also working out patterns of body tension.

    Ayurvedic

    Abhyanga, the ancient ayurvedic treatment of warm oil massage, deeply nourishes the nervous system and skin, cleanses the lymphatic system and supports immunity. These sessions are tailored for balancing the individual and for the season.

    Maya Healing

    This massage is an herbal healing session inspired from traditional Maya healing in the lineage of Miss Beatrice Waight’s taught by Ann Drucker. This hands-on massage includes work with aromatic plants, plant bushings, copal, prayers, abdominal massage and botanically infused oils. 12% of your session costs will be sent to the living family of Miss Beatrice in Belize.

    Pre-natal - Postpartum

    These sessions support a women as she goes through the rapid changes of pregnancy and birth. We work on opening the fascia and joints to efficiently accommodate the growing baby and additional weight. This work is nourishing the women's body and energy system, structurally integrating the pelvic floor and deep core restoration after the birth.

    Weaving the Womb

    A ceremony of womb healing for women who have carried babies in their womb. This includes women who are postpartum as well women who are healing from a miscarriage or abortion. This ceremony can take place any time after the birth even if it's been decades. This offering is inspired from the Maya Closing of the Bones in the lineage of Miss Beatrice Waight as taught by Ann Drucker.
