Join me in the garden to learn tricks and tips for successful gardening in the mountains this summer. This class will go over soil health, plant varieties for high altitude, micro-climates and how to deal with all the wild animals that love to eat from your garden!
Christel Markevich, a local land regeneration practitioner, will share approaches to encourage native plants to replace weeds (including thistles and cheatgrass) and to improve water infiltration and soil moisture retention on the land.
