This spice blend has a little bit of everything healing! It is grounding, nourishing, invigorating & warming and will keep the digestive fire steady. It is balancing for everyone needing a little brightness and aides in assimilating nutrients and is anti-inflammatory. It is also perfect in the late winter and spring time as well as for vata/ kapha and pitta in moderation.

Ingredients: turmeric, bay leaf, black cumin, cinnamon, clove, coriander, cumin, fennel, ginger, mustard seed, cayenne

Note: These spices will be sent in a slightly different jar than pictured; still glass with a cork lid.
