Join me for a slow evening of restorative yoga and seasonal reflection. Through supported postures, we’ll invite the body to soften, calm the mind, and replenish our reserves. Each practice is designed to balance the dry, cool, and airy qualities of autumn, encouraging nervous system support, lung vitality, healthy digestion, and a grounded sense of gratitude for the gifts of this season.

Embody the balance of day and night as we cross the threshold into autumn. Through movement with the elements, intentional handcrafting, and circle sharing. We will release what is ready to fall, and plant intentions for the inward journey ahead.

Stock your medicine chest for the colder months ahead in this hands-on herbal medicine-making class.

We’ll begin by harvesting wild angelica root together in the wild, learning how to identify, gather, and honor this potent autumn ally. Then, we’ll craft time-honored remedies for coughs, fevers, and seasonal colds using traditional techniques.

Held near Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that marks the thinning of the veil and the descent into the dark half of the year, this class invites deep connection with the land, with ancestral wisdom, and with the healing power of plant medicine.

Each participant will go home with herbal medicines made in class.
