You are warmly invited to an in-person Imbolc gathering to mark the quiet return of the light and the first stirrings of the Earth. We will settle into the body and belly, anchoring deeply into the Earth and the fertile darkness where new life begins. 

Through embodiment, ritual and the sharing of an old folktale, we will listen for what is quickening within us and gather our creative potential for the next cycle of the sun.

Together we will also learn to weave Brigid’s Cross from wheat grown on our land this past summer—an ancient symbol of the hearth and the blessings from the soil.

Settle into the medicine of midwinter with a restorative morning aligned with the quiet, inward energy of this season. This immersion is crafted to support endocrine balance, nervous system regulation, and the deep rest that all living creatures need in winter.

We’ll explore grounding movement and breath work to open subtle channels and nourish our endocrine system through inversions and restorative poses. With a cup of herbal tea in hand, we will explore journal inquiries to reconnect with your inner wisdom. 

Together we’ll share an Ayurvedic seasonal lunch, lovingly prepared to fortify digestion, stabilize energy, and support winter resilience.

This winter restorative series is designed to nourish the kidneys and adrenals—the organs most in need of care during this season. Through subtle energy movements and supportive postures, we’ll build vitality from the inside out, restoring the deep reserves that sustain us through the darker months.
