Plantain Happy Gut Tea
Lovely to drink on a regular basis, or even after dinner for its digestive and relaxing properties.
Ingredients:
Chamomile - 3 part
Peppermint - 3 part
Calendula - 2 part
Plantain - 1 part
Marshmallow - 2 part
Licorice - ½ part
Fennel - 1 part
St. John’s Wort - 1 part
Directions:
Place 1 tbsp in 1 cup of hot water.
Let steep for 20-30 minutes, and enjoy
Notes:
The longer it steeps, it’ll become more bitter from chamomile and calendula.
