Hands-on-Healing

My hands-on healing sessions for women weave together the wisdom of herbal medicine, Maya abdominal therapy, and Ayurveda. Through intuitive touch, traditional healing techniques, and plant-based remedies, these sessions support womb health, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation—inviting deep restoration and reconnection with your body’s innate rhythms. These sessions include hands-on womb massage and potentially castor oil packs, yoni steaming and other womb therapies.
